The purpose of the meeting is to allow members to pass on ideas about how we together can develop the club both on and off the pitch and to put forward ideas to contribute towards a 3 year plan. Dress: Smart Casual (no jeans) - but as it’s Halloween, prize for the most appropriate/ tasteless accessory Menu: Starters : Pumpkin Soup or Savoury Potato Wedges + Dips or Melon with Fruit Coulis Mains: Roast Pork + Trimmings or King Prawn Provençale with Rice or Vegetarian Nut Roast (V) (May contain nuts !!) All served with a selection of potatoes and seasonal vegetables Afters: Raspberry Cheesecake or Blackberry and Apple Pie or Cheese & Biscuits Followed by - Coffee & Mints and Presentation of Annual Awards Cost: £17.50 per person – including entertainment by a table CARICATURIST !! If you can come, please print and complete the slip emailed to you and send it along with a cheque for the whole amount due (payable to Barrow Gurney C.C.) to MICK HARDY No paying on the night please – I’ll have lots of other things to do!!
